It started with an email. A flight three days hence. I knew that my flights were booked, hotels, trains, all that. But the plants need special consideration.
Is it possible that they might be nervous? Can they feel the same sadness l feel? Like leaving a pet behind? Green leaves asking me where I'm going?
I spoke to each one individually. "It's ok....you will be fine."
I'm not sure they believed me.
